PG40 Posted May 9, 2023 Posted May 9, 2023 Attended my first HIIT session tonight. Instructor was very detailed with the directions, so I got to the venue a little earlier. I would say going through HIIT buck-naked with other guys in the same room is not something a lot of us experience on a regular basis. Fortunately, the workout kept me on my toes (sometimes literally) so much that I didn’t have to care about how I looked among other sweaty bodies. There were some eye candies (including the instructor), but I believe your mileage will vary depending on when you come. Overall, a good session for beginners to regular HIIT fans.
