Jacktheknife Posted November 18, 2025 Posted November 18, 2025 I joined the Bodyweight Circuit Training class this evening - my first time and it was a fun way to end the day.Β Β The workout is moderate. If youβre a Hyrox bro, you will find it quite easy. If you have never done any sort of circuit training or HIIT, you will probably find it more demanding but you can pace yourself and take a break. Β The session had 6 different stations (sit-ups, burpees, squats etc). You do 30 seconds, rest 20 seconds, work 30 seconds, rest 20 sec, and then change to the next station. Depending on the number of people, you may get paired up with someone else. I was paired up with another first timer, a really cute and lean young guy.Β Β The instructor goes around to check, correct and motivate. Heβs a good guy and knows how to keep the pace moving.Β Β From warm up to warm down we took about 30+ min.Β Β I didnβt stay for the post workout so I canβt comment on that. It was a small group setting, which made it feel comfortable and not intimidating at all, especially since it was my first time trying this nude group HIIT session. Β The workout was intense (I definitely sweat a lot!), but it was also very beginner-friendly. The instructor made sure everyone could follow along and feel included, regardless of fitness level. Β Overall, it was a supportive and welcoming environment. Iβd definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to try HIIT in a small, encouraging group setting! Willin 1 Quote
