I went back to gym after 3 days when the pain at the shot site subsided💪. Chris Low Posted December 31, 2021 Report Share Posted December 31, 2021 depends on your activity level in general. a) if you going for PR's etc, don't b) if you are highly caffeinated or on strong pre workouts etc basically i tihnk if you can do it while keeping your heart rate low. by all means. eg: walking. bicep curls, pull ups, push ups in limited sets with lots of rest in between.
