Qantas and British Airways crew use to stay at Swissotel but not sure if that is so now. If you are caught cruising there the hotel security will deal with you... There used to be some celebrities, air crews, rich asians staying there and they occasionally hop to the spa for some fun relaxation. But now, it’s quiet and uneventful, and the place looks old and broken. besides willow stream, there was also Damai at Hyatt. But the hotel is going through a major renovation, not sure when it is ready. Guest Ltd Posted October 9, 2023 Report Share Posted October 9, 2023 the price are all before GST! as their clients are limited, so the buffets are served only at certain timing eg 12-2 and 6-8pm, if u are hungry not when serving time, you get to cook your own instant noodles or eat the buns , the drinks are all there as well as some cookies (in individual packing) there are 2 scrub masters, i secretly took a peep, i saw a hairy dick , else they are covered , the 2 scrubbing/bathing beds are right beside one another..... I think there is only one male masseur (as they have not built up their clientele for now) , but i m ok, i didnt ask for specific gender! the hot pool is now just 1 without the cold pool....... one of the mist room (of previously Spa nes ) is now turned into a store rm. they used one-use paper towl, throw and dont have to laundry/wash. the recreation area is now all beds and some limited chairs only unlike the old setting. Maybe it's just me, I find it embarrassing to keep moving in between showers, steam room and pool, and to stay for more than an hour. Hence I left without any success.
