The pace was just right, and we had plenty of time to explore and get comfortable with our partners. There was never an awkward moment—the whole crowd was really accommodating, which made the final climax showdown even more exciting. Loved it! 😛😛🤗🤗 Quote

Balestier Posted October 8 Author Posted October 8 Feedback KM YS Thank you for class. Really enjoyed haha Thanks for the adjustments also ❤️😋 Yes I loved your anatomy knowledge and how you broke down the exercises and gave multi-level variations for clients with different levels of flexibility & mobility. The PNF stretching was REALLY nice haha. Really felt it was effective. Also class flow was very easy to understand and smooth. Also liked how u really helped the student next to me haha even though he was quite new and insistent on doing things his way you controlled the pace and helped guide him into more appropriate poses and reminded on good form. Balestier Posted October 8 Author Posted October 8 Feedback KN YS Thank you for class. What can I say … it is the best yoga class. Because I thought I can’t take 2 or more people because I need individual yoga classes. Quote
