Dun know abt her eng title, but her chinese title 总裁 sounds very big leh, like not manager level so simple. If she is manager, shld called 经理?! Haha. Or in mediacorpse, there is no 经理 and all called 总裁 ?

I know banking industry title all very big. Even a clerk cld also called senior executive! Haha. Guess still depends on individual coy and industry, as dept manager cld consider quite high level in some coy.

Anyway, either she left mcs due to new boss n restructure or got headhunter. Usually for such level staff, tis two cld be the reasons of leaving.

Won't be suprise if a foreigner is going to take over her place. There are more and more foreigner in Mediacorpse now a days, In fact Singaporeans are the minority in Mediacorpse, I really feel for the Singaporeans who work in this company, they must have feel very bad that they are working in Singapore but are treated as minority there. Hope they are not bully by those foreigners.

 

I feel sad/bad for Ms Tong Shu Hua, she seem to be the only Singaporean reporting the chinese news there, I personally saw a China news reporter who pair with her being very rude to her and throwiing temper at her in front of the camera.

But if u switch channels comparing the taiwanese and phoenix hosts, u will find mandarin speaking hosts in TCS8 very lacking and sound primitive.
