The place is clean and well-ventilated with a proper massage bed. Highly invigorating massage session. Jason knows when to apply the proper pressure and his technique was super relaxing (I ended up taking the rest of the day off instead of returning to the office after the session). Texted him for the 1st time @ 10+am this morning to try to book a 1.30pm slot for the fusion massage ($88/90 mins as stated in the latest ad). He replied the slot is unavailable and asked me what about another timing. I asked him what’s the next available slot, he replied “3pm”. I said “ok, 3pm is fine”. He then added “fyi, fusion massage 90 mins is $98, not $88”. I thought that’s not very ethical of him to charge $98 when his ad clearly says $88. But it did not really bother me that much so I said “oh. But your ad says $88? It’s ok, $98 is fine”. Reached his block @3pm and texted him to ask for his unit number (as instructed in his ad). Waited for 10 mins before he replied “sorry I mixed up the schedule, have customer now. It’s my fault, can you come at 4.30. I will give 30% discount”, and he expects me to wait downstairs for 1.5 hrs. What a joke this fella is. So I replied “this is very bad. Forget it, won’t engage you again cheers.” So, 2 things. 1st, he’s a very unethical individual by blatantly misrepresenting the fusion massage price and it’s hard for anyone to believe that’s an innocent mistake whichever way you look at it. So I suspect if you do check in advance, he’ll say it’s actually $98. And if you don’t confirm beforehand, he’ll tell you after that session he made a mistake in his ad and charges you $98. So either way, you’re screwed. 2nd, he obviously doesn’t respect his customers at all since he doesn’t even bother checking his appointment schedules because he can confirm to me at around 11am that the 3pm slot is available but realised his mistake only at 3pm when I have already reached his place and texted him. And I had to wait 10 mins at the void deck before he responded. Suffice to say, a lame apology and an offer to give 30% discount only add insult to injury. Thankfully, I proceeded to trusty Wan Lin at Fu Lu Shou immediately and got my perfect massage fix at a much better price that managed to fully make up for the sabotage by this deeply unprofessional masseur. I hope my unfortunate experience today helps anyone who’s come across his ad and is considering his services. My advice : avoid at all costs. Quote

He then added “fyi, fusion massage 90 mins is $98, not $88”. I thought that’s not very ethical of him to charge $98 when his ad clearly says $88. But it did not really bother me that much so I said “oh. But your ad says $88? It’s ok, $98 is fine”. Reached his block @3pm and texted him to ask for his unit number (as instructed in his ad). Waited for 10 mins before he replied “sorry I mixed up the schedule, have customer now. It’s my fault, can you come at 4.30. I will give 30% discount”, and he expects me to wait downstairs for 1.5 hrs. What a joke this fella is. So I replied “this is very bad. Forget it, won’t engage you again cheers.” So, 2 things. 1st, he’s a very unethical individual by blatantly misrepresenting the fusion massage price and it’s hard for anyone to believe that’s an innocent mistake whichever way you look at it. So I suspect if you do check in advance, he’ll say it’s actually $98. And if you don’t confirm beforehand, he’ll tell you after that session he made a mistake in his ad and charges you $98. So either way, you’re screwed. 2nd, he obviously doesn’t respect his customers at all since he doesn’t even bother checking his appointment schedules because he can confirm to me at around 11am that the 3pm slot is available but realised his mistake only at 3pm when I have already reached his place and texted him. And I had to wait 10 mins at the void deck before he responded. Suffice to say, a lame apology and an offer to give 30% discount only add insult to injury. Thankfully, I proceeded to trusty Wan Lin at Fu Lu Shou immediately and got my perfect massage fix at a much better price that managed to fully make up for the sabotage by this deeply unprofessional masseur. I hope my unfortunate experience today helps anyone who’s come across his ad and is considering his services.
