Most Safra still can or at least I know for sure Yishun, TPY and MF can. Yishun and MF have outdoor jacuzzi for swimmers. Yishun one being very popular with elders. I seen adults lying in kiddy pool with the water feature in TPY, minus the kids.

Woodlands & Bukit Canberra are rather cruisy I feel, here's my experience: 

Once, after school I went to Bukit Canberra, it was a weekday afternoon so there wasn't much people around. I was about 16-17, and by then I wasn't really self-conscious, so I wore a pair of dark blue speedos. Speaking of old Tampines swimming pool, I recall when I was an 18 y/o stupid kid, unaware of our cruising culture and what not, happened to saw a hot hunk sun-tanning at the old Tamp swimming pool. I miss most of the old swimming pool and some shopping mall's layout - more happening than now. IDK if the management is aware of these businesses therefore they do whatever they could to prevent this from happening. Cruising culture is getting tough these days... Or is it I am old? lol

Was swimming at Singapore Poly pool one afternoon — weekday so not crowded, just the swim team finishing up their training.

After my laps I went to change up at the bench area. This Y3 swimmer from the SP team was there, lean athletic build, still in his team speedos — the maroon Arena racing briefs with the white SP logo on the side. He was openly changing by the bench, peeling the wet speedos down when I walked in.

We made eye contact and I noticed him getting semi-hard. I stripped off my speedos like normal, and he was definitely looking.

Didn't say anything — just glanced at the cubicles and back at him. He got the signal.

The management aware of activities therefore there layout us hard to cruise futher more there is a place to tan naked or in skimpy undies without worries is TMC.

i beg to differ. from my observation, there was a sharp increase of weird guys and old creeps (most of which are not good looking or have a good body) after covid and that chased many hot swimmers away. so thats why it's now empty  just my two cents worth!

Sharing my experiences

 

That's during COVID time, where gyms were closed and the public pool operated on a booking method, where each pool only allocated a certain number of slots and each slot lasted 1 hour. 

 

Most of the time after i returned home and checked whether there was available slot which generally was the last 2 slots of the day. As those were late evening slots (8 pm onwards) very few families and kids.

 

After a while it was easy to see who was cruising inside, coz almost anytime I entered the changing, that person would either be naked or forever in the state of changing (funniest encountered was this guy stripped to his underwear when I entered the changing room, when I finished my laps, he was still in his underwear while his trunks remained dry hanging on the hook)

 

During those time, quite easy to find a release inside.
