Had a great experience there once. i had hoped that silom complex would be full on cruisy, but sadly it was not. i did spot one or two persons loitering outside the toilets, looking like they were cruising, but only at times. generally the toilets were quiet, or just regular users. so i would say, possibly got chance, but not overtly cruisy.
