Try the city onsen, it’s huge and you may get lucky. It’s a straight joint.

Unfortunately I don't have personal recommendations for saunas or bars. However, I've heard Sakura Bathhouse and Club Atom are welcoming foreign visitors in Osaka. Definitely do some independent research to check they suit your needs and respect policies.

Spa world is fun. Worth going but do note that any cruising is very low key  ( cloudy pool, hidden pool,  steam room). 

Probably not going to be much more than a bit of fondling.

 

Definitely check out Konpira onsen. it is almost pure gay.

Heading to Osaka in December. Anyone with experience in Capsule Inn Osaka? Should I opt for deluxe capsule or are the regular capsule already cruisy?

I went to Osaka from 17 Dec - 22 Dec and stayed at Capsule Inn Osaka in the heart of Doyamacho for the first three days. I think this capsule hotel is for business men, and it didn't appear cruisy. However, on my second night when I went to shower late (after 12am),  there was one really hot china guy chilling around the sento onsens with his massive 8" thick cock just hanging out. I went into the onsen and lied down while giving him hints that I was interested. He then sat beside me and started stroking me off in the onsen. Since it was just the two of us in the communual shower/onsen, I bred him raw there and then while making sure that nobody opened the sliding entrance door. It was really so hot that I did we did it one more time on my last night. 

 

On my fourth day in osaka, I went to try out SpaWorld. I read somewhere in other forums in blowingwind that it gets cruisy. The famous cloudy onsen was not very cruisy imo, there were a bunch of children and old men, so I did not soak in there for long. Upon entering the mens only onsen (I think when I went it was the Asian theme while the females had the European theme), I just chilled by the big central onsen. There were fathers with their children, friends, and solo travellers around. I then noticed one really cute Hong Kong guy with washboard abs just sitting in by the rim of the central onsen. When he left, I tailed him to the salt sauna. There were only 2 other guys (appeared to be friends) besides us. Although the space was big, I sat beside him, though still at a respectable distance, but enough to hint that I wanna play with him. Nothing much happened. TLDR after exploring the sauna, I saw him walking around, and I was 60% sure he was cruising. So I continued tailing him and eventually when he noticed me, I guided him to the sento baths near the toilet. There were like 8 rows of 6 chairs we could shower at. I sat down at the row closest to the toilet and low-and-behold, he came to my row and sat at the adjacent seat. We pretended to shower just for 20s before heading to the toilet. When we were in the toilet, we heard a familiar, rhythmic clapping noise. I was very sure that it was two other guys just pounding discreetly in this public sauna. I thought that it was insane that other guys were fucking so loudly since there were families and boys here, but it turned me on at the same time. We then decided to go into the empty cubicle. The rest is history, I bred this cute hong kong guy and we exchanged IGs 

On my second last night in osaka, I tried out konpira onsen as it is almost an exclusively gay onsen. When I went there, there were bodies of all types, and a mix of locals and travellers. There are definitely really cute guys that came here. I got sucked by 3 men, and sucked 2 hot men with one guy who came inside my mouth. Definitely worth the visit for easy gay fun.

as far as i know, Konpira is busy and happening any day of the week

 

Spaworld will be busier for sure on the weekends, so there will be more birds to see. But being too busy can also mean it is more difficult to play in there.

Konpira is closed on Tuesdays. I visited Spa World on a Tuesday night and recognised some of the people I had seen at Konpira on other nights, and Spa World definitely had a cruisier feel on the Tuesday night I was there.
