I found out, is good everyone go other place to wworkout. TF now so quiet and so peaceful to workout, no more arrogant bitch modelling on machine pretend workout and selfie lol

Novena branch got this cruiser that’s very annoying and very obvious. He is an uncle (late 40s - early 50s), average build w tummy. 
He always acts acts in the locker room like lingering in the locker room, pretending to go wash hand, come back to locker, go wash hand, come back again, and the whole route keeps repeating. He will try to get near to you, always walking at the area where ppl are changing and it’s crowded. (You know how narrow the walkway at Novena male changing room is)
Today (31  Aug) he wears black shorts w ‘NTU’ on it. If you are that cruiser, can you be more creative or not?! Too obvious leh.

Somehow, the gym is quite empty today. Perhaps. The cool (rainy) weather is keeping everyone at home. Many regulars are not around too.

Cruisers have migrated to FF or Pure and seek PR status there. Some could be at AF too.

I have not used the gym there for a while. Hope there will be good improvements.

It has been a long while since I last visited the Tampines branch. 
I went there on Monday (10Nov)afternoon at about 3pm. Gosh, there were many people in the gym. Mostly younger men and a handful of young ladies (20s-mid30s). No need to work one meh? 🫤 
The equipment near the free weight looked old! Weights were everywhere and not properly organised. Just messy. 
On the other side where the rest of the machine and squat racks were, equipment therw looked newer. Not sure was it because of better lighting. 
Changing room, shower room, and toilet were ok. 
Serious house keeping at the free weights area is needed!!

There are always these few people who always appear in the changing room from time to time; to check phone, to check hair, to wash hand (even there is another toilet outside!), to open his locker dunno doing what?! I strongly believe it’s mainly to check out anyone changing openly inside the changing room. 
Damn creepy.

Men’s toilet at Novena branch is closed for ‘renovation’ work for the past 1 week! Omg. So inconvenient sia.

To add insult to injury, the changing room is littered with used towels!

I’m unsure if the outlet at CIMB is under TFX. I thought that’s under a different entity.
