Should add a 24hr hot or savoury fingerfood or soups section, can charge $10-15 more. And the main buffet topup should be no more than $20 topup, then more people will be keen to visit if they are targetting to stay for 12 hrs. Else if people just target to stay 6 hrs, I think they would rather just eat the included fruits and drinks and icecream. Edited July 19 by Buffedbear Quote
rhys28 Posted July 19 Posted July 19 I finally went Let me briefly list some pros n cons: Pros: 1. Staff were all very helpful and polite, its on par with service standards in high end China bath houses, makes u feel like vip 2. No shouting by scrub back uncles to solicit business like in China, thank goodness 3. They provide free eye masks and ear plugs for sleep 4. The curtains in the sleep pods can be fully drawn, basically u can have alot of privacy especially on the upper decks 5. Love the free haagen Daz ice cream, only the higher end ones in China provide this Cons: 1. 1 large pool and 3 medium pools, only 2 individual jacuzzis, jacuzzis run for 10sec n go off, must keep tapping to run it, happens in low end bathhouses in china mostly 2. Very quiet despite being weekend, a few eye candy though, but lighting is so dim, most of the time I see only the black bush 3. The common area lack facilities like herbal rooms, ice rooms , reading rooms, etc common in high end bathhouses in china 4. The free fruit plates look miserable, some with 1 fruit in it, in China they give u a full plate, even durians 5. The Samsung Tv inside the sleep pods, can't watch anything, tried mirroring from my phone, super laggy 6. The dedicated common rest hall, recliners don't come with an attached TV screen, quite cheap looking. With this price point, I don't think I will revisit. Lots of better ones in China, Korea n Japan. But I must say the staff did try their best, pricing is high coz rent is high in sg. The same goes to other spas in sg. Imagine, for sgd20 I can go to the biggest jimjilbang in Busan(n Asia), basically free flow of hot K hunks every minute (no black undies). Even Maxwell in bkk gives u a real bang of your buck! eminent82 1 Quote

I went on weekday afternoon, and the crowd is so so, maybe about 30 plus people, based on what I see at the resting area. No hunk, only uncles, and most are in their black undies. But it's quiet and peaceful, and I have a good nap in their resting lounge. They provide some crackers besides fruits and ice cream at the resting area now. I think I saw 2 prices, $99 for 12hrs weekday Mon to Thur, but also there's a $126 for 12hrs Mon to Sun. I assume they means Friday to Sun, you need to spend at least $126 to waive the 12hrs admission. Quote

K_W Posted August 11 Posted August 11 4 hours ago, QinWei said: oooh i didnt know there wasnt GST before that Yes, need to charge GST for new sign-up package customers now. Meaning if existing customer still have some credit left with them, the services you spend on no GST charged, provided sufficient credit. Meaning your 6hrs admission is still $69. But once you spend finished the existing one and top up new amount, say another $500, your admission deducted from your this new credit will be $70.74. Similarly for the massage or buffet. 9 hours ago, murano said: I said 12 months last month, so 11 more months to go. Think maybe not that short, becos of the rental contract, plus renovation costing. bigbangevolution Posted August 26 Posted August 26 I visited around 6:30 pm on Monday. The admission-fee waiver was confusing compared with G-Spa or Yunomori, where a 60-minute massage clearly includes free admission. Here, it is presented as an offer, and the minimum spend excludes taxes, making it harder to determine the best option. Reception was helpful, and the locker room and shower facilities were spacious and well equipped. However, staff or soaking instructions could explain more clearly that nudity is permitted in the pools; I initially thought the disposable underwear had to be worn. The soaking area was quiet, with only three or four other patrons. The pools had water jets and temperature displays, but no labels explaining their purpose, and there appeared to be no cold plunge. Despite the facility’s size, there seemed to be only one sauna or herbal room and just one urinal and toilet. Compared with Yunomori or G-Spa, the space could have been better used to provide more pools and facilities. Overall, I had a relaxing shower and soak, but clearer pricing, better signage and a wider range of facilities would improve the experience. Post soaking, changed to the comfy spa clothes and went to the entertainment area. Had fruits and icecream. Seemed well organized during the time I was there. Checked out the cinema and other facilities. Overall, the place seemed quite decent in terms of overall amenities. Can't speak for how long the place will last. It seemed quite accessible given the Bus Interchange and MRT but ultimately boils down to repeat patrons. I think if they bring the price similar to Yunomori or slightly higher considering the free flow of fruits, ice creams, coconut drink, coffee, etc. to make it competitive, they can sustain. They should also have a cold plunge, given the rise of Ice bath clubs which only need smaller footprint, but draws the fitness crowds. Else, it could end up being a one-off for many. They are operating in a space where many like Royal Club, Spa One, Hot Spa, etc. have had to shut shop due to lack of patronage. asiandude, TigerYam and Void1376 2 1 Quote
