I am Chinese and I’m cut. 
but I cut because my tight foreskin. 
I know my foreskin can’t retract fully and sometime I force it too hard end up got tear especially when erected. But I thought it is kind of normal and ignore it. 
I only used to partial retract it when erected as I will only feel pain if fully retracted the foreskin during erect
so I make a decision to do circumcise at my age 30. No pain at all as I do full body anesthesia 
but need take care of it for a weeks wearing sarung. 
 

after cut now I prefer it cut due to hygiene and find it fun touching the head without the skin.
