I am at Keybox now. The dry sauna technician just came and still repairing the dry sauna. Parts have to specifically ordered from overseas. Due to Covid-19 Pandemic, shipment delayed. The current model, being the cheaper model, does not allow water into the dry sauna. Again, due to cheap entrance or visit fees, cannot afford to install the expensive version as used in proper spas / saunas. Hope this helps in all explanations to all. Quote
