Went to Keybox on 13/10/12 night. Good deal as they gave out 1 free pass for 1 entry. And heard good reviews about how staff treat the clients.

Unfortunately, forgot to collect my free pass that night. Upon exit next morning, different guy on duty (cute tall guy); tried to get a free pass but the guy refused to give: wanted to confirm first, he wasn't on duty last night, blah, blah....and was told "no worries, all recorded, just come by next time, we'll let you in free." Thought they had a good reputation, so left it till the next visit.

Went over tonight, tried to 'redeem' free entry, but lots of excuses given by the Keybox staff (same guys on duty)- basically, no proof, no entry! Wtf!! It was just a BAD experience and certainly don't think that's a good way to retain your clientele. So, left the place and don't think I'll be patronising Keybox for a long2 time.

Hopefully, you guys out there who are still with Keybox don't get into such trouble....Good luck!

the free pass does not have any name on it, so I do not think they have any record if you have collected a free pass or not. What if someone try to collect several times by saying "Oh, I forgot to collect yesterday?"

Did anyone had similar experiences of losing his procession at KeyBox? I dun literally mean forgetting and lost them, but stolen right under your nose when it was under lock? I have some friends who had similar experiences at KeyBox recently too.

So trying to find out if there are any similar cases like ours?

Yes, I lost $300 cool hard cash in my wallet which was under lock in my locker. My friend lost $400 plus including his new iphone5.

Heard last last Tuesday, someone lost his new ipad3 which was under lock and the whole Keybox was asked to stand-by locker from no.1-132....even those inside rooms was forced out of their rooms to be checked. But.....the iPad was nowhere to be found, rumours has it that it was an insider's job.

Even at Trevvy, there was ppl voicing out as witness that they have been victims and saw incident happened around them at Keybox before.

So wonder if anyone here also had similar cases like that?

went to keybox today on friday after 6pm,wow the dark room area got even more rooms now!,maze format have change^^The crowd are awesome!got every type, size of people,mostly slim average fit more^^.omg even that big muscular guy was there too^^!The new rooms dun have toilet roll,lubricants,lights yet,but really a lot more rooms now^^,truly an awesome place to go,especially friday^^!
