List all the things you can do...and what you won't do..

The hourly rates...

Minimum hours per visit...

 

Better still, design your brochures like the menu from a fast-food restaurant..

Value set..upsize (how much)...

 

Think ..ironing (rate per shirt/pants)

Based on the floor area of the unit, quote a price for 

- Sweeping/Vacuuming the floor

- Mopping the floor

- Cleaning the toilet(s)

- Cleaning the windows (rates for different types of windows)

 

Extra charges:

- cleaning the store room

- painting jobs

- carpentry/upholstery/electrical repairs

 

I think with the provision of details and information, advertisers and clients alike can have a better picture.

I dislike it when the person promised two hours but dont' iron all the shirts (a week's office wear)

For me, length of service is not important.if you can finished the job satisfactorily in lesser time, I will still pay the full rate...

Looking to hire part-time office cleaner on long term engagement.

 

For 3 days a week, Monday, Wednesday and Fridays.

 

Simple duties like taking out the trash, cleaning 4 toilets (each toilet is like the private handicap toilets you find in MRT stations and malls), vacuuming the floors and area cleaning at the office level. Office isn't large, with a strength of less than 15 people. Once cleaning is done, you can leave for the day.

 

Remuneration is at S$300 monthly, paid at the end of each month.
