However, I believe Safra E1 wanted to operate as a normal gym provider - meaning they would take priority on working machines over the wet area (jacuzzi, steam room & showers) facilities. Hence, their recent renovation focused only the 2 floors of the gym (including flooring), and probably less money was used for the wet area (maybe due to budget constraint). That's why the jacuzzi only patched up those broken tiles, and the steam room only changed the power buttons (located outside it). And now, steam room is down - could it also be due to members always like on and off the power button of the steam room before it becomes auto-off? Haha.

Yeah looking at the post renovations, can see they spent quite abit tidying up the work area with those areas (grassy hyrox movements, and booty builder).

 

Though it's quite sad if the steamroom machine can be broken down so easily just through the on/off buttons.

Err... I was asking a question, not a definite cause for the breakdown eh, haha.

As in, there would be members who would turn off and then turn on again (before it was auto turned off, say an hour later), so I wondered if the frequent on/off could be one of the possible causes? Haha.

unfortunately misused is also part of operational cost, there will be some members who aren't careful, but if yunomori or hotel steamrooms can stand the test of time/use, why Energy One's stream room is so unreliable. I do understand this is not a spa, it is a gym, I get that. So, was the work-out area in that bad a state that they need to re-do? It wasn't. However, their chill-out area, a great plus-point, has been in dire straits.

 If you remember Centre Point's ex-anchor tenant, Robinson's, previously a brick and mortar retail house, extremely popular in the early golden age of SG's retail era, they were focusing so much on doing window displays to attract more shoppers they neglected strategizing on their in-store shopping experience. Now, they're purely online, slowly and surely vanishing — Pity.

 

EnergyOne should be mindful to move where the money is moving. If chill-out areas are your niche, pay attention to them, listen to the feedback from your customers, obviously it is important to the members. Instead of constantly swimwear checking your jacuzzi users, equipment check your steam-room.

Lol FF steam room also down frequently. I guess really too many hot guys using and overload the system. Worse is FF never indicate expected down time.

Omg yeah i just saw the sign today also. Actually i think previously they extended from 26 to 29 jul and now this new date. I wonder whats going on though

Ytd at TPY pool shower, witness a hot fuck 2 muscular hot guys were fucking in the last cubicle. the water reflection roughly can see the actions and its was so hot that i was super hard when watching it from the opp cubicle. the top has the korean hunk look with a big tool. when they came out i was like Woah!. not long later, I got my fuck with a cute btm too.
