Can compare as thai ppl are more acceptance of what u are and they dont see it being wrong unlike here.  They are more equipped with medication even with the generic one...here susah lo...b4 u can get treatment u need to go for religious purification....haha

Not really, based on stats, it used to be almost 1 in 4 gay thais is HIV+ but with education and public being more open, it help to reduce.
