Let me share my experience of going to an Emperor Spa Massage recently. The emperor spa that I went is located at Jalan Tasik Selatan. Near TBS station. Please google it for more info. Btw the photos in the websites was not updated since 2014. So all those photos of their massuers were no longer valid. You need to go to the center to select their available massuers. The center is located on the third floor. There is an elevator for yr convenience. You will see a signage on top of the elevator door. Once you enter the place. The setup was so run down. The papa-san is a chinese guy who is typical Ah Beng type. I thought Citibay setup was basic but looking at Emperor it is even more basic. The papa-san gave a photo album for you to choose. Anybody has any experience with these guys? I am always worried if from Thailand. 90% of Thai MB in KL use other people's photos:

Ways to avoid getting scammed (or at least minimise the odds):

 

1. Read all the posts in this thread. A lot, I know. But better than losing a few hundred RM and feeling frustrated. (Unless u're filthy rich and don't care about a few hundred RM. If so, u may stop reading.)

 

2. If any of them asks for payment 1st, RUN!!!!

 

3. If they look significantly different (a few extra pounds is to be expected) from their pic, RUN!!!

 

4. Be clear in telling him what u want out of the session. If u're not clear abt it urself: a. Do some soul searching. b. Go with the flow (at the risk of drowning, of course)

 

5. Ur hands would be the safest & cheapest alternative for a release.

The 2nd guy is probably legit -i think he used to work @ fresh. The other two look fake
