Oh ok, so it depends on the therapist. Better to ask for a male therapist in that case?

Normally they give you a male, if you're a guy. In that place, I've been massaged from a lady only twice: once because I asked it (I wanted to try that naked massage with a lady too, but then I discovered that it was not possible😁), and the second time, because male masseurs were all busy already with other customers.

Those two massages, were also the only time in which the damn trousers made their appearance. All the male therapist always asked me to get naked.

I've booked a solo adventure to Bali from November 10-14! I wanted to snag a spot at Laki Uma, which everyone raves about, but it seems like all that's left is the dorm option. And as a light sleeper, I figured sharing a room with a snoring backpacker wasn’t my idea of a vacation. So, I’m giving MAN Resort a shot instead (check it out: https://manresort.com/).

It’s in Katu, and from the photos, it looks like a cozy paradise—definitely my kind of vibe. Plus, it’s a man-only resort, so no pesky kids running around! They’ve got a sauna, gym, jacuzzi... basically everything I need to pretend I’m a wellness guru. I did think about another au naturel resort, but then  a three-hour car ride is my idea of torture, not relaxation.

It’s my first trip to Bali, and I’m dreaming of daily massages, nude tanning sessions, fine dining, and cocktails that’ll make me forget I’m a side in the game of life. If anyone’s around during those dates and happens to be at the same resort, I’d love to meet up—though I promise, no funny business (unless there’s a really good cocktail involved).

I’m not planning to hit the clubs every night—let’s call it “moderation.” But I do have a few activities in mind: mountain climbing, reverse bungee jumping (because why not?), snorkeling, and maybe even an “underwater” fine dining experience. Oh, and yoga and a cooking class if I can pretend to be healthy. Don’t forget waterfall jumping—I’m sure that’ll be a great way to work off all those cocktails!

othera than laki uma villa, where is gay nudist villa still open? Plan to stay at laki uma, they have dorm room with clothing optional, can naked around the villa

Laki uma still opened. I just went there, staying at dorm, so many things happen.

But you need to do initiative or first move.

 

I saw 2 singaporean there. Fit, muscular, tall young, handsome.

 

We had fun around the pool, naked is a must.

I think it's a good choice. Just back from Bali. I didn't stay at MAN (which I wish I did), but went there 3 evenings in a row. They open for public to go in enjoy their pool, bar, and steam room. It's quite fun. Made a few friends there. The guys there are mostly older white guys (40-50yo maybe) and a few younger Asian (30+) and mostly friendly. There're some actions at the steam room too if you want that, but at the pool it's just drinking and chill. After that, some of us met up again at Mixwell together 😄

Sanur, Is really much more relaxing compared to the other side of the Island.

No traffic jams, less hustlers and I had the best Mala Beef dish, I ever had.😋

So far so good.

I found a lovely little airbnb villa in Sanur, very bright and clean. Lots of privacy and a 5 minute walk to the beach. The owner has one upstairs that looks similar. Very affordable and you won't have buyers regret/remorse here.

My 1st week in an airbnb was tragic as it was too close to all the live music venues, so getting to sleep was a challenge.

I think it is only M.A.N steam resort that allows day visitors.

If you're bored and looking for something to do.

Try the Tirta Bhuwana waterfalls for a day trip.

Not many visit because it's quite remote.

Take plastic/rubber sandles so you don't slip on rocks.

Long steep walk down and calf busting on the way back up.

Crystal clear cold fresh water.

Driver was 750, thousand IDR which I thought was very reasonable.

Tourists pay more than locals. (entry to the waterfall).

There was 3 of us so it was 85,000 IDR

If you would like to escape the heat, it's much cooler up there in the lush green mountains.

I've been using the street tour sellers to book 'day tours to go snorkeling'.

 

A local, shared a WhatsApp number of a tour company that locals use to go out on the boat.

write an email to them, they will respond. As to my knowledge laki uma permits day visitors. The room price starts at S$27++ for walk ins.

Otherwise just try to contact someone staying there who can bring you in.
