erection day Posted January 8, 2007 Posted January 8, 2007 I think I know why the entrance fee so steep. It's to pay for the hefty aircon bill! That is one of the reasons I hardly go there. The chill blasts at you like there's no tomorrow. Its so cold it almost always frezees my package. I dont know why the owner dont listen when patron like us complained to them about the cold. Cold is still ok if you are fully clothed. But not when u are half naked. Just imagine yourself walking around NTUC supermarket in your underwear- and you will know I meant. The other turn -off is one of their stuff- Henry formerly from Vclub. Whenever I see him and his unsmiling aloof face around I feel very 'suay'. The rest of the crew are nice. When I m in the mood to meet some nice ah bengs and sturdy older gentlemen I go there. But its always been my last few choices.

Maybe the regular staff do not work on Sunday.Agree that it's cold in there with just the towel wrapped around the waist. However, they do provide some simple clothings if you ask for it. Moreover, most of the chubby guys may be comfortable with the low temperature.

My friend had mistakenly opened the door of one of the room used for massage, thinking that his friend was in there but was rudely scolded by Henry who was inside. That's not the way to treat a customer ! Whenever he is at the walkway, he does not give way to customer walking the opposite direction. HELLO.......who is the paying customer here !We felt so "suay" with him around, we know we will never strike 4D.

When u have a service staff who behaves as if the world owed him money its such a turn-off. When I see Henry at the drink counter, I rather die of thirst then ask him to make me that cup of kopi!!! Anyway, back to more important point. If they do have a change of management, new management people please take note:1. Cut down on aircon wastage and pass on the saving to your client- entrance fee too steep2. Do something about the horrible state of condition especially in the back area. The steam room, which I inevitably escaped to, to avoid the cold is quite smelly and not hot at all (though the action there can be steamy at times).3. Revamp the rooms. The conditions are deplorable and the mattress are torn from misuse and generally dirty.4. Remove the game machines. And replace it with a proper gym, The space might be small but at least we can work out and the space wont go to waste.Well, I hope Diamond can improve because I quite like the spaciousness there and, on a lucky day, the men there can be rewarding.

What u have on normal weekdays when there're less crowd is just a big tray of fried mee hoon- lots of mee hoon but little ingredients. Quite tasty though. But u must remember to be near the counter around 7pm when they served, if u come much later there'll be nothing left.Aiyo, earlier someone said Diamond is changing management. Now someone said Diamond is closing. So much drama!!! I cant take it!

Its a waste becos that is a very central place, private and spaciousand has lots of potential. They need PR and promotion. They are not even in the internet and PLU guide. I hope that place can continue.

I felt completely safe entering it. No need to see look see look b4 I go in2) I like the deco coz it is juz like any other straight sauna. No sexy pics of guys which to me is a plus point3) I like the fact that there is no special theme night that requires me to walk around naked. Again, this makes it very much the same like any other straights saunas.4) Good that it not actively being mentioned in gay listings site like Fridae. Again, this makes it very much the same like any other straights saunas5) I like the crowd there. When I see the people there, I alwys have to say to myself : "No way this guy is !", "That uncle looks like my secondary school principle !", "Oh My God ! I have seen this bus driver before !"You know, the people are just so "anybody" type. There are successful businessmen, Doctors, Hawkers, IT Professionals, Teachers, Taxi Drivers, people who play golfs, people who talk about soccer, people who speaks broken English like me, people who sing oldies to contemporary songs. Though I am still clueless as to how they have improved their standard of service aside from the earlier opening hours and lucky draws (I never win anything in lucky draws so I am not banking on this one). Just one question- are you guys thinking of lowering the temperature of the aircon for a start???

Weekend meal i don't think need to serve 3 times, maybe 1pm & 6pm will do, between that can serve as high tea, some cakes or biscuits.Thanks
