Freeballing/ Commando is not for everybody as it something in you since you at young age. It also needs a courage to do it as at time it may accidentally exposed part of your dick. I don't run often but yeah I always wear commando when running and or sleeping ..but usually sleeping it's either fbt type of shorts or undies ...same thing for when I am home it's just fbt type or undies!

When I still have my FBT, I ran in it without any underwear too. During run, no one will see anything as I was constantly moving. Just need to be a bit more cautious when I sat down at hawker center for drinks or food after my run.

Yup fbt does have inner liner hence I use it for my run or use it at home & to sleep...if I decide not to use undies at home or to sleep!

That's true, free ball does avoid this problematic issue and the need to pull the band downwards. Sometimes, this action gets a little unsightly.

Rolling up of the band on the thighs also happens when your jeans or pants are relatively tight, intact with the skin. When you shift about on your seat, or slide down on the office chair, the band will start rolling up. Fortunately I don't have this fabric rubbing problem. But if there's eye candy, the formal pants can't hold my dick back and so the tenting is quite embarrassing. So no more freeball in formal pants for me unless it is confirmed stressful day at work then will be soft all the time

Haha... I have worked with coaches who also freeballs. Their shorts do not have inner lining too. I guess it is fine as long as it is not too short, and your dick is not especially big?
