Other than that, it's just like any other day really.Though I remember back in sec sch, we used to like give gifts to people we like (bad mistake!) or stuff like that but yeah, this day is really overhyped and pretty pointless imo. I remember I was out in town once with a girl friend and this girl approached us to sell me a flower for said girl friend and that single flower was around $10+ if I remember correctly. Wtf.Seriously singles, you're not missing out on much. If you are lonely and want r/s, just go join those singles outing or whatever that are bound to pop up. Who knows you might meet someone there.

I foresee lots of 'lonely forever' depressing postings and statuses as the day gets closer and on the actual day itself as though it is the end of the world and having a partner a MUST or DIE. Aiyoh. Why like that one? Do yourself a favour. Do others a favour. If you have someone die die you need to celebrate that day, use that day as a vow renewal just like couples who renew their vows and have a heart for the singles especially those die die must have boyfriends but 'resigned' to their fates they will be forever single. Be mindful in your actions. The singles. How many times do you need to be reminded it is a commercial thingy? Love yourself 1st. Fuck any celebrations that makes you lose your self-esteem, confidence and YOURSELF. Be happy. YOLO. Just my 2cent. Keep smiling.
