Thot nipple pumping helps rectify this issue. Commercially they have a small rubber suction to suck it out and over prolong period it surpose to help. Alternatively you can try using baby bottle teats. Place over your nipples and squeeze at the tip of the teats to create suction. Used plenty of lubrications and do slow short suctions. Remember don't over do or you can get blisters easily for newbies.
