There is a Tune Hotel in Penang. I booked 2 nights for 80+ ringgit only. Don't think there is much of a gay scene in Penang.

Penang is totally quite in gay scene. Well, lately there is some small revive, but still unorganized and not glam at all.

 

Sauna, U2 at Prai for all types. (I will go there later for first time)

Sauna Romeo at Bukit Mertajam (been there once, youngsters the most and I am not a big fan)

Café 77 on Penang Island.

 

For the rest of the facilities I still not really familiar. Heard people go to Hatyai for the better cruising/sauna experience. Anyone want to form a cruising group? hehe

Erm, facilities? It's very basic. Tune Hotel runs like Air Asia. You pay for the basic - room, bed, shower and ceiling fan. Anything extra like air con, towels, etc you have to pay.
