Sauna, U2 at Prai for all types. (I will go there later for first time)Sauna Romeo at Bukit Mertajam (been there once, youngsters the most and I am not a big fan)Café 77 on Penang Island. For the rest of the facilities I still not really familiar. Heard people go to Hatyai for the better cruising/sauna experience.
