Just went to the new sauna today 

The environment was good and not too crowd because it's not official open yet 

The darkroom is not done yet because they need a permit 

They have pool and locker downstairs

Thanks sl39 for sharing the location of new sauna in Mainland. Just pay a visit to find out the exact location, it's located in Inderawasih. It will be opened from 3 - 10pm everyday. The offer on the entrance fee of RM30 will be extended until end of April. Plan to have a quick tour but the owner not allow me to do so, will find one weekend to explore that

I think the owners are keeping a low profile and are relying on word of mouth. 

This method will keep out non gay patrons. 

 

I am sure the patrons in the new sauna would not like some straight guy in there going, "Ewww.... big hairy cock!" or something similar.

I suppose the solution to that is to ask the owner on the number of crowd inside before paying. 

 

At least the saunas in KL that I have been to were kind enough to warn me if there are no customers at all during my visits and even suggested their peak hours.

What does it have in the way of facilities...?

I was there Friday around 5pm. Called before I go and being told there are quite a lot of people. 
 

In fact there were only less than 10 people. I heard some were there since 3pm and there were like 3 people before 4pm. 
 

There is a sauna pool with cold water on group floor next to the locker room. A toilet beside the pool. The platform to be get in/out of the pool could get quite dangerous when it was wet. 
 

There is a lounge with a bar/ cafeteria (there is free water/ tea/ and 3 in 1 drink) and some light snacks. A small gym adjacent to the lounge and one area with some office table at another side. 
 

The black room is down the corridor but I did not see anyone using that during my 2 hours visit. 
 

There is one steam room too right besides the staircases. A smoking room and a toilet at the rear of the premise. A big shower room that can fit 6-7 people right beside the steam room. 
 

Nothing really happened during my visit. There were like 5 people in the steam room and we were helping each other jerking. 
 

There was a quite good looking 30s Malay looking for real fun and he kept approaching a young chap. They were foreplaying at the ground floor toilet and I heard the young chap helped him jerking off and he left. 
 

Some were carrying handphone in their hand  around the sauna which I think it’s not really appropriate.
