Based on your review, I think that this sauna as good with the facilities available, but it's still new and not very popular. Maybe for those who just want to relax, this is the right time for them since not many people yet. Hahaha.

Sauna pool with cold water?  That is a disappointment.  I would expect warm water in the pool. 

Was the steam room satisfactory?  Was it warm enough and was there enough steam?

I chanced upon this place called Warisan Ria 皇爺  when staying at FuHotel in Juru area as it cannot be easily found on Google Maps. In the hotel lift there is a signage Reflexology 3F and also at the hotel entrance.
