Results on my body aren't really showing but for sure I can lift heavier weights already. Some friends have told me protein powders give faster results. Others say protein powders aren't really that good because they make you have 'water retention'. So guys that were slim and gymmed to bulked up yourselves, what do you think? rboy Posted February 8, 2012 Report Share Posted February 8, 2012 Take protein powder. I don't think it retains water. It's just protein. If not you can try eating more? You need more food for your body to grow bigger. If your diet calories is less than the amount you burn from exercising, then it will be impossible to grow.
