An adventure with a mysterious green-haired girl offers her the chance to break free and claim her independence. Chinese star Fan Bingbing and South Korean actress Lee Joo Young lead the cast of the film, which is produced by Liu Ziyi and Wang Jing. Shuai returns to Berlin after winning the Generation KPlus Grand Prix in 2021 with debut feature Summer Blur, which also played at Busan, Pingyao and Hong Kong film festivals. “Green Night is a visually stunning and emotionally charged film with powerful performances and a unique perspective,” said Sebastian Chesneau, CEO at Cercamon. “The lead characters are thrown into situations that test their strength and resilience, ultimately leading to an empowering journey of growth and liberation.
