If you are on a cruise you can go to Lotus Ipoh Gardens, the top and bottom toilets are usually cruisy between 3pm and 7pm. You can also cruise around the stadium swimming pool or Ipoh Parade toilets. Most recommended, no hassle and no trouble on cruising luck, you go directly to Elfondo.
