IMHO, these guys are not very considerate or fair wrt sharing a flat. There are no hard and fast rules but basic common sense and courtesy should be the case for commons shared areas. Walking naked around the house is one thing but having sex on the common living room sofa is another. Jeez, who want to sit on the sofa stained with sweat, lubricant, saliva, precum and sperm or even fecal materials!! The tenants in the house/flat should have sex ONLY in their own room or own bed (for shared rooms). I worked in Singapore for years and in the first few years had to share rooms, then flats. When sharing rooms, I often come home to my room to find my room mate having sex in his bed with his bf. If  was tired, I would just sleep in my bed, otherwise, I would go back to the living room to do my own thing and that was a good deal as my room mate would then have to buy dinner for me! :-) Only discomfort was sometimes I got very aroused but luckily, nearly all  the guys he liked are just not my type!

Sad, some people just don believe what they read. I am renting my two rooms to PLU too. My bf and me sleep in the Masterbedroom and have our own toilet. My two tenant one has a bf and the other brings his friend over sometime on weekend.
