Dreamz80
Hi, perhaps next time will join ya when I'm both physically and mentally prepared. Currently still a newbie in running. Definitely looking forward to my very first run (virgin LAH). By the way, how do you guys normally go to the venue? Driving or train? It's hard to find car park if driving right? Sorry it may sound a silly question. Do you guys sleep early and water parade prior night before the run?For me I drove to the event venue and park at nearby buildings.....the ideal sleeping hours is at least 7 hrs of sleep before the run and drink at least 1-2 glasses of water to hydrate yourself the night before... Do we need so much of running events?? Generally, I avoid those themed 5k runs or anything similar (expensive). Signed up and participated a lot of races this year (forgive me, I'm new to running races).
