1. there are no plunging neckline t-shirts. There are only low buttoned front t-shirts and tight t. I wear mine tight and thin materials that my manboobs are quite visible. when i was fat last time, i had man boobs too.

when i slim down and lose fat, they did decrease abit but not that much. it is only when i start to gym, particularly, work on my chest, that the 'man boobs' develop into pectoral muscles. it didnt happen overnight, took many months for the 'fats' to get burnt off slowly and for the pectoral muscles to develop.

i must say though, having 'man boobs' helps u to build your chest faster and easier!

pushups are a good equipment-free workout for the chest, and most exercises for the abs don't require any equipment.

but of course without cardio in your workout and a healthy diet you can't expect miracles.

(as someone who used to be obese and have man boobs, i can say it's definitely possible to get rid of them naturally, but it takes sustained commitment to a regular workout)

Hello... I had manboobs once I turned puberty. It was embarrassing and I always wore extra large T-shirts and hunched to hide the facts.
