If in the steam and sauna, and he wants fun, it’s quite easy to give signal to initiate actions. but if you exchange eye contacts at public area, it’s hard. Someone has to say hi first. i also met this cute guy that I really like at Tamp few times already, we always exchange eye contact but never talked to each other.
