pretty safe as the park is mostly empty after 11 or so. there are few hidden spots too where no one can see your action. 

 

age group really depends - you get a range. but i am 25

Years ago, Ponggol park was double of its current land size, with one half dimly lit. Gays used to go there for bj, it’s across the road from two condo and a EC at upper serangoon view. 
 

The area is given to DBSS and later BTO flats, it’s now a young couples family area. Gays density diluted.
