Yes there it can appear shiny. Shiny meltan returns together with 3-day box cooldown. And for the love of god , please remember to MarieKondo your bags and return back to relaxmode. Torchic CD is the next highlight event and thats in mid-May. Do have a good rest. Paid $20 and managed to get a shiny Natu, a shiny Pikachu and a shiny Shuckle. I guess I can't completely complain, managed to hatch a shiny Igglybuff right after the event. Heres a few GROUND TYPE pokemons which might interest you. - Swinub. Yes even though CommDay is over , dont forget that they made a full 12 re-release during Dec 2018. Who knows , they might do it for this year too. But even then , Swinub is the BEST ICE attacker for now. I would put high priority on this. (Yes i have a lucky 100% Swinub waiting for CD since I traded few days ago) - Geodude/Onix/Rhyhorn. These are your backup pokemons if you dont have strong Rock or Ground types. Do note that Rhyperior requires a SINNOH STONE. - Trapinch. This little guy , evolved to Flygon , is 1 of the best PVP in Great/Ultra Leagues. Just take note of the CP please. - Diglet/Geodude/Cubone/Sandshrew. Shiny available. Nuff-said. Alolan Marowak HAS SHINY , even though its RAID-ONLY pokemon. And...thats all I can think of. After 2.5 hrs of nourishing the mosquitoes there, only managed to get 2 shiny chickees. The place is quite ok, with less crowd & quite good spawn.
