yoga

friend brought me on his workout

v-bar tri pull down + single arm tip pull down
20 kg x 10 + 12.5kg x 8 x 3, single arm had a spot, too heavy

lying incline db front raise + conc bicep curl
8 kg x 12 + 12 kg x 8 x 2 + 14 kg x 8 , last set of DB curls was done on 14 kg

battle rope + some single arm push press
20x + 15 kg platex 8 on each + 8 both hands, heavy sia wobble.gif unfarmiliar movement
