But be careful. Here we don't have a very open culture like in Japan so it is difficult to discern who is friendly and who is creepy.

Guess probably short steal in the steam,  or jacuzzi then. Actions in onsen pool would be obvious.

Some cover their dick with the towel when moving but the towel is very small so really doesn’t even cover that much
