Coughing openly in an enclosed space and soaking with a runny nose in all the pools are just some ways illnesses can be spread around. The viruses can stay in the steam room and the pools for a while. If you are coughing or having runny nose, it would be good to exercise some sense of social responsibility and avoid such enclosed areas. I did think maybe insufficient hydration so last time I made sure to regularly get water while there. it tends to only last about 24 hours which I why neither time did I think I really caught anything specific.
