abang
Singapore has been overwhelmed by the sudden influx of mainland Chinese during this Spring Festival/Chinese New Year season. Since Hong Kongers are not very appreciative of them, they had flocked to Singapore in droves (ok, plane loads). Actually if they are here to spend their RMB, I welcome them openly. Unfortunately, quite a number of them brought along their brash behaviour. They had little regard to signboards telling them not to step on the grass, cut queue, not to stand precariously on slopes/steps/stages...the list just goes on. I was having lunch with a visiting Australian AMDK at Vivocity earlier after a morning tan at Tanjung Beach together. Super heng is the fact that the mainlanders have yet to discover this serene section of the island. The same cannot be said of the restaurants there. Parents have very little control over their kids and kids do not know how to behave in public. They ran, chased each other, shouted/screamed loudly. We left the restaurant before we could order the food as the noise level was not conducive to socialising. We settled for the cheaper but hotter hawker centre across the road, way way away from the maddening mainlander crowd. 有钱出国, 但没带家教! 放任小孩, 鸡犬不宁! They are so used to speak loudly incessantly in public. This shows a lack of civic consciousness. In my recent trip to Doi Suthep, Chiangmai, I witnessed their unruly behaviour and impatience. We were given an hour and a half to tour the grounds. That was more than sufficient to take all kinds of selfies. As a rule of thumb, I practise the habit of arriving at the bus bay ten minutes before departure time. ..However, three delayed us for more than 15 minutes because they went shopping. Instead of apologising, they act as if they have a chip of their shoulders. I reckon punctuality isn't a virtue in their book of ethics and good social behaviour. 抱歉, 到目前为此, 我还未遇见过一个文明的大陆客。 PRCs are just disgusting animals wherever they go. Those sticking to their own kind should be told to socialise with other nationalities (especially Singaporeans) and those of other races and cultures. If they don't want to, then MOE should cancel their scholarships or ICA should cancel their student's passes, and tell them to fuck back to China. We don't need chingchongs here. It is highly unlikely that a Singaporean would dare to carry 4 pieces of luggage on board, one of them was more than 30 kg. I honestly had in previous experience carried backpacks in exceed of 10 kg (perhaps up to 12-13 kg) but it could still fit into the overhead compartment... but in this case, the luggage must have been oversized. 本地搭客也最多“偷吃” 那一两公斤。。也不会明目张胆地拿4件行李登机。。 酷航应该报警的。。。也应该要这名女生付机场延迟起飞的所有费用。
Guest Guest
You can always trust the PRCs to do something as insensitive as this... http://www.msn.com/en-sg/news/world/pictured-moment-coachload-of-chinese-visitors-stops-to-gawp-at-remains-of-grenfell-tower-despite-warnings-site-is-not-a-tourist-attraction/ar-AAsCCM0?li=AAaGkVj&ocid=ientp Pictured: moment coachload of Chinese visitors stops to gawp at remains of Grenfell Tower, despite warnings site is not a 'tourist attraction' © Provided by Independent Print Limited A coachload of Chinese tourists stopped to gawp at the burnt-out remains of Grenfell Tower, ignoring warnings left at the scene by distraught residents and campaigners. When challenged, a member of the group claimed they were a group of 'health and safety inspectors' on a visit from the far east. Pictures of the coach near the scene of the fire sparked an immediate angry backlash from Londoners. At least 80 people died in the fire which broke out in the early hours of June 14. The full death toll is unlikely to emerge until the end of this year. So far, the deaths of 68 people in Grenfell Tower have been confirmed by the authorities The pictures show how the bus of tour firm BM Coaches carrying tourists pulled up outside the charred husk of the 24-storey building in west London on Wednesday. John Gregory said: "I can't believe what I've just seen, a coach load of tourists taking photographs of the tower. "When I approached the coach driver he said that they are health and safety inspectors from China. Surely there is [sic] enough photographs on the Internet of the tower that they don't have to come in bus loads to take photos of it. © Provided by Independent Print Limited fb.jpg "I don't think this is genuine can anyone find out as we don't want the Tower become a tourist attraction. I left a flea in he's [sic] here ear and went on my way but I think he knows my feelings now." The post drew dozens of angry comments from Facebook users who said the tour stop was insensitive. "Disgusting and totally disrespectful," said one woman. "I can not [sic] understand the morbidity of wanting a photo. If you go there especially, it's to pay your respects and reflect on the tragedy, not to take photos," said another woman. Others, however, said it was not worth getting upset about. "They mean no harm. They don't understand the horror and heartbreak for us who live here so try not to be too hard on them," one person commented. The Times reported that a tour guide was sent back to China and a coach driver suspended after the unscheduled stop. James Buckingham, operations director at BM Coaches, told the Times: "I would like to apologise most sincerely on behalf of BM Coaches for the insensitive actions of the group we were contracted to supply transportation to." The company also made a donation to the Grenfell Fund as an apology following the incident on Wednesday, the paper reported. It comes after tourists were urged by Grenfell residents earlier this year not to take selfies in front of the burnt out remnants of their former homes. Signs were put up in the area after the still-smouldering building became a morbid tourist attraction back in June. There were also warnings issued about flying drones near to the site. © Provided by Independent Print Limited

There were at least 100 of them waiting to claim the GST refund. And almost every adult men and women were holding clear plastic bags of liquor and/or cigarettes purchases..Not to mention the crowd inside Boots and Naraya...They don't buy, they sweep the goods off the shelves... PRC bashing..Too noisy and blocking the walkway...Luckily for ASEAN visitors, there is a special queue for us but the automatic gate for Singaporeans had been delayed in Don Muang...Still testing at the moment.. Guest Befriender
Actually when I worked in Nanjing and Chongqing for several years, I barely associated with other foreigners, and tried very hard to befriend PRCs. The problems were they often claimed my Mandarin is difficult to understand, many of them would scheme for ways to scam money from me, almost all of them smoked which I don't do and as a matter of fact hate being around cigarettes, and just about every one of them had nauseatingly disgusting breath that made it even harder to conversate with them or even be in the same room together in some cases. I met a few young guys who I somewhat clicked with, but the cigarette and breath problems made being around them an excruciating ordeal, and I would need to alternate between turning my head away and holding my breath while fucking them. They also complained that I would not kiss them. Well, if I couldn't stand the smell of their breath, I certainly didn't want to taste it. Don't even get me started on the smell of some of their unwashed dicks or the fact that they didn't know anything about cleaning their asses but often tried to get me to bareback them. My point isn't to stereotype or bash PRCs, but we have to admit that they have some general problems as a country and as a people, so I'm sure my experiences there during those years barely scratched the surface. That is not to say Singaporeans are perfect, so don't waste my time constructing stupid strawman scenarios, but this thread is not about Singapore. It is about PRCs and their refusal to do things in ways most of the rest of the world considers normal -- from financial honesty to personal hygiene to overall manners. They need to get better. Not in a good way as they are LOUD in every instance... you can see them SHOUTING across the dining room, in public transport and worst, in shops everywhere. Queuing is NOT one of their virtues but cuttng the queue is! Unlike most of us going on a vacation, they tend to have a LONG shopping list for everyone back home. Google - 长生高俊芳。。毛利-92%。。 How did the vaccine receive approval from the governing authority? The problem is a REPEAT of that FAKE milk scandal some 10 years ago. Could this be the tip of an iceberg? Fresh scandal erupts over vaccine safety in China A scandal over faulty vaccines in China has sparked anger on social media, underscoring the difficulties regulators face in rebuilding trust after years of food and drug safety scares. The scandal erupted a week ago, after major vaccine maker Changsheng Biotechnology was found to have violated standards in making a rabies vaccine for humans. Last week, China's Zhejiang Huaihai Pharmaceutical said it was recalling a heart drug sold in the United States after the European Medicines Agency found that it was tainted with an impurity linked to cancer. https://www.cnbc.com/2018/07/23/fresh-scandal-erupts-over-vaccine-safety-in-china.html
Guest Holding Breath All Day
There is a PRC intern in my company and the entire staff has hated him since his first day. He is a perfect example why their current young generation does not represent any type of progress because they simply imitate the horrible behavior of their parents and other older acquaintances. It is a shame because he is a fresh university graduate but acts like an uneducated farmer. On his first day, the first thing I told him was to carefully review any corrections we make to his work, and carry out those instructions in future assignments. But he never reviews anything, and his work is full of the same problems every day, no matter how many times we tell him he is doing things wrong. He is either stupid or does not care. Either way it is bad for his prospects. Worst of all are his personal habits. He wears very loud shoes and you can hear him walking even when he is outside the office. Then he goes on cigarette breaks every 30 minutes at least. How can somebody smoke that much? He also wears too much cologne, in an attempt to hide the smoke, but that only makes him smell like a bad mix of cheap cologne and stale cigarettes. Of course his mouth smells like expired cigarettes sticking out of rotting sausages, and he always comes to my desk to ask questions, causing me to alternate between holding my breath and looking away for the entire 10 or 15 minutes that it takes, once again, to explain his instructions. I really hope they don't hire him full time but I think he's dating a manager's daughter. Eek.
Guest green grass
just move in singapore and no idea about PRC but surprised me for what happened to me in my few years encounter with them. 1. one malaysian couple broke up because of this china girl who keeps on flirting on the guy and asking the guy to do favor for her, the couples are already fighting because of it and the china girl doesnt even make effort to avoid the situation but rather make more move to get the guys attention so in the end she ruin their relationship. (cant believe that one time we all cooked in the house for pot luck and she asked this guy to cook egg for her because she said she dont like the food in the table) 2. My housemate is a young china girl who have a very old bf. Keeps smoking in the living room, keep washing clothes almost everyday late night so enough for us to wake up at night, putting away the stuff in our fridge so taht their stuff can fit in. One time i talk to them about this matters and she just rolled my eyes on me so i tell this to my land lady. I cant believe one night she brag my door and yell on me like some sort of squawking cheebai.

Photos of the mess the three young women left were posted on the internet by the flat’s Chinese owner and were quickly picked up by a variety of mainland media outlets and widely discussed on social media. The three students, all aged 19, made a public apology on Tuesday, apparently under public pressure, and acknowledged their “mistake”. “We now want to seek forgiveness,” one of the three posted on Weibo. “Maybe it’s too late. Maybe we deserve it. But we are sorry and we are trying our best to solve the problem.” Their attitude marked a dramatic turnaround from the previous day when they appeared unrepentant about the condition of the Osaka flat after their five-day stay. © Weibo Cheng said when he went to clean the room on Monday after the three tourists had checked out, he found waste strewn everywhere and a strong smell of rotten food, Beijing Youth Daily reported. “I didn’t expect that. I’ve never encountered such a situation before,” he said. “It costs around 3,000 yen (US$27) in Japan to clean a room that is this filthy,” Cheng said. “I filed a complaint on the booking platform and requested them to pay twice the cleaning fee.” But when he complained and asked them to pay double the cleaning fee one of the three commented: “We paid money to stay here, not to clean it … This isn’t our home so we don’t need to clean it for you.” They had also scrawled rude messages in a visitors’ book he had left in the flat, including a crude sketch of a pile of faeces. With Cheng’s posts going viral online, one of the three women said on Tuesday that they were willing to apologise to Cheng and pay compensation, the newspaper report continued. The woman said after Cheng exposed their information on the internet, they were strongly criticised by internet users, some of whom had dug out more of their personal details. She said has received many harassing phone calls since. The trio have contacted Cheng and the two parties are discussing the matter. “We are investigating the incident,” Airbnb said it a statement, adding that it had a “landlord guarantee fund” which supports property owners who suffer financial loss because of the actions of their guests. Two months ago, two young Chinese women eating at a barbecue restaurant in Osaka were asked by its owner to leave due to their poor table manners. Guest Guest
https://www.scmp.com/news/china/society/article/2149928/please-just-go-thumbs-down-after-chinese-tourists-asked-leave ‘Please just go’: thumbs down after Chinese tourists asked to leave Osaka restaurant Women claim they were discriminated against, but get little support for their video of manager telling them he had ‘never seen such a disgusting way of eating’ PUBLISHED : Friday, 08 June, 2018, 4:44pm UPDATED : Friday, 08 June, 2018, 9:57pm Comments: 144 The restaurant manager was filmed telling the women they did not need to pay the bill. Photo: News.ifeng.com Two young Chinese women who claim they were discriminated against by Japanese staff at a restaurant in Osaka did not get the reaction they were expecting on social media when they posted a video of the manager asking them to leave. Instead of sympathy and support, many Chinese have criticised the women online for their poor behaviour, with some saying tourists need to lift their game when they travel abroad. The video shows the manager of the Japanese barbecue restaurant requesting that the women leave and refusing to take their money. “You don’t need to pay the bill – you can go. Please just go. Really, I have never seen such a disgusting way of eating. What a mess,” the manager says in Japanese in the video. One of the women posted the footage on China’s biggest social network WeChat on June 3, accusing the manager and staff at the restaurant of treating them rudely simply because they were Chinese, Qianjiang Evening News reported on Thursday. “Is there a special standard of service for foreign tourists?,” the woman was quoted as saying. “Why did the Japanese customers sitting next to us receive completely different service?” Chinese have a reputation for poor behaviour when overseas, fuelled by videos and media reports, as the country’s growing affluent middle-class gets the travel bug. But instead of stirring up nationalistic sentiment, most people commenting on the video online questioned the women’s behaviour in the restaurant. “I’m just curious to know how bad [their behaviour] actually was,” wrote one user on Weibo, China’s version of Twitter. Restaurant staff told Fuji Television Network on Thursday that the women had ordered shrimp and discarded the peeled shells onto the floor. They had also stayed at their table beyond the limit of 90 minutes for the restaurant’s buffet service despite being reminded several times by staff that it was time to leave, according to the report. It said the woman had recorded part of the dispute – which lasted 30 minutes – at the counter on her phone. Although some people offered support for the tourists on social media, claiming they had experienced similar mistreatment in Japan just because they were Chinese, the majority of commenters believed the restaurant had good reason to ask the women to leave. “This is so embarrassing – they got what they deserved,” wrote a Weibo user. Another said: “Every Chinese loses face because of them. The Japanese restaurant staff should have taught them a harsher lesson so it stays with them.” Others said although Chinese had come a long way in terms of their manners when travelling overseas, there was still room for improvement, pointing out that it was not uncommon for diners to spit on the floor and pile up bones and rubbish on the table beside them as they ate.
