The problem is he is actually from Harbin and he has to go back to his hometown to apply for a passport.

Thanks for all the encouragement people! It is truly appreciated. I sometime wonder if there are people reading my ramblings of my trip (or flaneurs) as Heartlanders put it. When you guys gave your comments, good or bad, it give me encouragement and I wish to thank you all.

It is now 12.13 am when I started writing this. Might be a short post as nothing very much happened today.

I took the subway to Luohu, where Shenzhen Railway Station is also located to meet my ex-boss, who became one of my closest friend and arriving from Guangzhou today at 9.45 pm. Lets call my ex-boss K.

For those interested, there are trains from Guangzhou going to Shenzhen and vice versa every hours during the daytime.

After meeting him, we took a cab to a shopping mall known as Coco Park to wait for J who after a morning meeting will be picking us up to go to Mission Hills again for Golf.

Some people might be wondering why Mission Hills all the time? Well, for one thing, it is world famous - with a combined 12 courses it is the largest in the world.

Also, last year, they signed a 10 years agreement with the organisers of the Golf World Cup to held the World Cup there.

For golfers visiting Shenzhen, it is often a dream to play at Mission Hills. So that's why I had asked J to organise two more games at Mission Hills for me and J.

We played at the Jack Nicklaus course and I did not do too well. Lost 100 yuan to J which he used to tip my caddy.

After showering we drove to a hotel near J's apartment to check K in. K left his baggage in the room and the three of us went to have dinner nearby with S.

After dinner we headed to VBar at the Crown Plaza Hotel for drinks. We left VBar just before 12 midnight.

Tomorrow we will pick K up at 7.45 to go back to Mission Hills to play at the Olazabal course (one of the most difficult) and the venue for last years World Cup.

K wanted me to return to Guangzhou with him after the game. He said I could stay with him for two nights since he is leaving only on Thursday to return to Singapore. He suggest since I need to re-stamp my passport, (in China Singaporeans can only stay for 14 days or less visa-free) I could take the International train that goes from Guangzhou to Hong Kong. Once I enter Hong Kong, I could return to China/Shenzhen and get to stay for another 14 days. I need to do this because overall, I am staying in Shenzhen for 3 weeks.

I am still considering K's suggestion because first he is a very attractive Teochew man, and I had always had a thing for me when we worked together. He knew I am gay and he accepts me readily but he is straight and I just wary of sleeping in the same room as him.

Second, there is bunch of pussy hounds friends of K, some I knew, waiting for him to turn the town red. I can chase and pay for pussies as well as them but at my age, I am tired and I don't feel the need to justify myself. Among these friends of K, no one knew I am gay and I am sure K did not tell them.

AC, the Meizhou man, called while we were having dinner. He asked what I did today and I told him. We re-confirmed he will be in Dongguan on Friday and we could be together from Saturday to Monday.

Have some pics of K and the golf course. Will post them another day after our game at the Olazabal course tomorrow.
