Same for me.  But I think that it is a matter of degree. 

 

We should all be body building.  But in moderation.  Lifting some heavy weights ('heavy' is relative) with effort but without overdoing it.  Keeping a consistent, very slow progress.  Avoiding any pills, any supplements, amino-acids, steroids (!), and getting our body used to the exertion of force.  We should add aerobic exercises also in moderation, if possible non-impact and in a pleasant environment like outside in nice days, inside when it is too cold or too warm.  The result is a slim fit body that stays fully functional, especially when we get older.  In this way, cock and nuts don't need to shrink.

It's all depends.  In general, top bodybuilders go for skinny bottom and bottom bodybuilders go for muscular top.
