The cctvs are very obvious, just make sure you are not in their line-of-sight, and I have a feeling many are actually not functional.

 

Anyway just be careful, cos tenants do smoke there and other mall users also take the stairways down.

Young kids from the TKD class also use the level 2 toilet, so don't be too blatant.

 

Always cruise in a considerate manner.

I do notice there are new cctvs but donno if its in operations. As to maintain outside their line of sight, I am not sure if its feasible. Honestly the best place is still in the cubicle itself. From what I know/heard, management/security guards certainly aware whats going on but choose not to take action unless they receive complaints from the public and occupants. Considering the history of this place, if they want to stamp out all these activities, would have done it long time ago.

Yes they are definitely aware! Even the tenants there are aware, especially the grouchy uncle running the provision shop 🤕
