Level 2 is busiest but nowhere is good to exhibit unless you have a blocked nose- the filthy toilet itself.

There are some illegal massage parlours which those woman sit at the shop waiting for customers. Guess they felt irritated as most men that walk past are minority straight. Mostly are old gay uncles & gay cruisers that frequent in out of toilet and walking up down.

This is only expected, the cruising activities have been too bold too open and too heavy traffic.

According to law of public toilet, chapter 37 , sentence 7 : offence 0.1 cubicle overload.punishment for this will be both need to suck for each other till dry to reduce the weight.😜

Did the police peep into the cubicle? 

I don't think anyone for such an offence would be handcuffed (unless it happened outside in the public area ( not in the cubicle). 

They can only be caught for Public Indecency which is an offence under the Miscellaneous Offences (Public Order and Nuisance) Act.

But then they must be caught in the act, so to speak. 

 

S 294 Penal Code:  Whoever, to the annoyance of others —

(a) does any obscene act in any public place;

 

The thing is that the police must have caught you exactly doing the act. 

Just listening from outside the cubicle (cleaner, security), don't think it would suffice as sufficient evidence. 

which means, the police must break open the cubicle door to catch you in the act. 

 

Strangely, two guys in public could be caught for the new "flashing" offence under 377BF: Sexual Exposure (Flashing) (but not the other nude sex partner), when a third person enters. 

However, this would apply only if it happens in the open area and someone third entered the toilet having caused the third person humiliation, alarm or distress. 

What is not seen by others can hardly cause distress... 

 

In fact there are two recent cases, where the (though straight) "couple" had sex in a public toilet and were not charged by the authorities. 

Anyone caught should refer to these cases and apply the same since 377A has been abolished. 

While the public toilet in a mall is a public space and not a private space, I am not sure any person can just intrude into a cubicle. 

 

The problem as usual with the Singapore type of law is that there is no real definition to certain words in the law or they are taken widely, such as Public nuisance, obscene act etc... 

Private place doesn't even know any definition by law... 

 

Should always have some reason on hand. Like your friend was feeling sick about to faint, short on breath (that was the moaning noise, lol)  and thought he needs to vomit or something else... 

 

Disclaimer: Above surely not exhaustive...

The irony of not catching the owners of the illegal massage parlours instead of the 2 uncles baffles me and my ancestors

Okay, first time going to USSC and my last. The vibe here is so weird. Theres so many old oldd olddd uncles. Walking around the place is also uncomfortable with all the China ladies with their heavy makeup/surgeries, giving you super weird eye contacts. Occasionally there were security guards ( 2 of them) patrolling the 2nd level. The whole feeling was just off..
