Curious to know. Strange but I have been reading quite a bit about lost luggage recently. At hardware.com, someone complained that he placed an expensive Guess watch in his check-in luggage. When he went home, the plastic bag was inside but the watch was mysteriously gone. And the luggage didnt look like it's been tampered with.In today's TNP, former model Celia Teh's sample handbags (41 of them), packed nicely in her check-in Delsey luggage which she wanted to bring to show her potential clients in Milan went missing!!! All 41 bags! 'Strangely, she said the baggage locks were intact and the red security tags were still on. She has flown from Singapore to London on Quantas Airways, and then taken a British Airways flight to Milan. According to an Associations of European Airlines report, BA mislaid 26.5 bags for every 1000 passengers it carried last year. This make it the second-worst performing airline for luggage, second only to Portugal's TAP.'Anyway, I have never bought any Travel insurance for lost luggage yet.
