Very interesting topic but a very big problem for many men. For 39 years old its considered quite young. If you're already having such issues, i think it's good to see a doctor who can advise you. Sometimes it could be due to a medical condition that can be treated. But most of the times it could be due to lifestyle factors like weight, smoking, drinking, stress etc. So even when you want to choose a supplement, it is worthwhile that you have an idea of your possible factors, then you can get the right supplements for your needs. You may need a multivitamin and omega 3 supplement before you go straight for the sexual performance supplements. Also be wary on those sold online as you can never be too sure about their safety profile.

I know Maca root and tongkat Ali are very good ingredients for mens vitality. However, when manufactured in a supplement, we are not sure of the efficacy of the product so i cannot vouch for this product. I can only verify products that has done clinical studies.

Sorry dont laugh at me, i have another qn, does germ really travel into orifice, i was telling some gals, sometimes we will use milk as a bath (trying to imitate a milk spa using the bath tub) , but she will qn , if there are germs on those fridged milk wont there travel into the penis or vagina? 
I was dumbfounded....maybe it will just like germs/bacteria in saliva could travel from a person taking several dicks at one go (in a fellatio activity) ? (but wont some germs when exposed outside will fail to live)?

Don't worry, i won't laugh at you, i'll laugh at your gal friends haha. We are constantly exposed to germs all the time that is why we have our immune system to protect us. It's true that many germs cannot live outside of the body. However, some require skin to skin transmission, while some require transmission via exchange of bodily fluids like blood and/or semen. Just be aware of the risks involved when you're performing certain activities and take necessary preacutions.

I think you're referring to testosterone replacement? Before you start, it is advisable to see a dr and check your testosterone levels. To see if you really need testosterone replacement. You can also discuss with your Dr about the different treatment options available. Testosterone pills are available but not as effective as the injections or the gels. The good thing about the injections is that you only need to take them every 3 months. Hope this helps

When purchasing online there's alwaysa  risk of it being counterfeit or contaminated with harmful substances as we can never verify it's authenticity. In Singapore Sildenafil or Viagra can only be prescribed by a licensed medical doctor. So need to be wary if you can purchase it easily online. It may be good, but is it safe and are you willing to risk your  health for it?

For this my clinic prescribes supplements that is designed to improve sperm health. This is only available in the clinic. Although i also have some patients who tell me that they have more semen after starting testosterone replacement but this is not an approved effect of testosterone.
