Common toilet is to be privately used by the only tenant. Rental includes maid cleaning service (every two weeks) and wifi. Light cooking is allowed. Prefers someone who is neat and can take care of the unit (landlord would usually travel every month). Location is less than 5 mins walking to Great World City, opposite Spize in River Valley. 15 mins walk (3 bus stops) to Ion and Orchard Road. Rental is $1500 plus shared utilities (neg).
