Am gonna join a new company soon and realised the new colleagues are not as fashionable in their attire. By fashionable I mean wearing fitter clothing and grooming to look smart at its best. Therefore seeking advice whether I should wear my usual work attire which I think is more fashionable or should I buy new ones (more plain and less details) to match the office culture and blend in with the crowd. Ultimately my intention is not to make myself an unapproachable person when I join them. Thanks!
