Yes I agree, the circumcisions done in Filipino villages are ugly. A lot of them leave a piece of skin behind their dicks, I dunno why. South Korean circumcisions are much nicer looking and also those done in Singapore also okay. It's the same if you visit a public bath in South Korea. The men there all have full pubic bushes. One noticeable difference from Japan though, most South Korean men are circumcised.

Do you prefer cut or uncut dicks and why? Personally I prefer cut dicks because they tend not to have any smell. Quite a few uncut guys don't retract their foreskin when they pee and the urine collects underneath the foreskin. I used to be like this until I went for my circumcision in 2010. I think in SG, estimated about 25% to 30% of men are cut (that includes the Muslims and some non-Muslims). Recently I have seen more Singaporean Chinese guys who are cut (i am one of them hehe).
